Payment & Refunds

Payments are processed securely via our payment partners. Single sessions may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund. Package subscriptions may be cancelled with 30 days notice; prorated refunds apply for unused portions.

You agree not to misuse the platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services. This includes attempting to access systems without authorization, introducing malware, or violating others' rights.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding a claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our platform.
